Reason for the above its a home game, we don't need lucas in holding midfield.
Agger can bring the ball out and spend time running into midfield and pressing Sunderland.
The 2 wide lads can pump balls to Carroll also Gerrard can support the striker and press Sunderland in there own half.
We need to beware of the counter attack and the 2 full backs will need to do a job.
If Johnson plays his defensive positional play is alot to be desired at times. Hence Downing could cover for him or even Henderson depending on what side they play.
What do you guys think?
