mate read what i said, he's been here for years and proved ~~~~ all, he's played as a striker lots of times. Do you think if he scores a goal in the final that will prove your point?

I hope he does score but he has been a failure at Anfield no matter what he does if he plays.

    THE TRUTH
    The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

That may be so but lets give them at least another season eh. Surely they deserve another season to see if they can replicate the form they showed which attracted Kenny to them in the beginning. After all Kuyt had enough chances didn't he?

scoring a hat trck against man.u ,,so thats his stand out acheivement in 6 years? kuyts had his chance and failed the reason he doesen't play up front for us is because he failed as a striker and was shunted on to the wing some of the statements you've come out with over the last few months are cringeworthy stop and think for a minute before you post you've obviousley lost the faith, which is fine,:: .but don't make a fool of yourself mate

i dont think after watching Liverpool every week for over 40 years i'm being led by anyone blindly or not. Question or blindly criticise because we don't win Sam? I think the latter.

Ian Rush was used sporadically during his first season at the club{1980} as Liverpool had a policy of bringing in young talent and playing them in the reserves to learn 'the Liverpool way'. Rush was treated no differently and had to begin his time at the club as a squad member rather than being thrown into the first team.

This learning period was hard and not at all 'Rush-like', as the goals did not flow, almost leading to the eager youngster leaving Anfield in the search of regular first-team football. But after a talk with the very shrewd Paisley, who told him to "be more selfish in front of goal", Rush decided to stay and fight for a place.

Rush's first goal for the club took time to arrive, but it eventually came on 30 September 1981. whatever happened to him or would of if you got your way
Maybe so that is why i feel Liverpool should keep Carroll and feed the others to the sharks. I think Carroll could come around like Mario Gomez has for Bayern Munich. He almost came to Liverpool on loan. Adam Downing and Henderson sure aren't a Ian Rush and i don't see them becoming world class players. They were a waist of money and they paid way to much for Carroll. You have to remember sometimes you can't wait for that player to so called arrive so you loan them out and buy what you need. No matter how bad some players are on the current squad Liverpool could of got 4th but Kenny brilliant managerial talent only got us ties at home to teams Liverpool should of never tied or even lost to. Just count the dropped points against bottom of the table teams.

I think Kuyt has gave his all to the club. rember he getting up their in age and has lost 1/2 step even thou he never had alot of pace. He played on the right cause Rafa wanted to play one striker up front. Who would you choose Torres or Kuyt? In the last 5 years can you name someone who played on the right who was better than Kuyt? I agree Liverpool should replace him but this year Kenny should of played him instead of crappy Henderson who's lost almost all the time.

Henderson will come good he is being played out right which is not his natural position, he is far better in the middle of the pitch and he has a good engine on him and he is very young.Dont forget there has been no Lucas behind him and at his age he has done well.I would like to see him shooting a bit more in fact i have been a bit disapionted this season with the midfield not picking up lose ball on the edge of the box and having a shot instead of passing it around .Kuyt was already playing wide right for Holland in the world cup before we signed him and did a good job.Has for naming some one who played on the right that is better than Kuyt How about Gerrard he is not bad.On the right i would have liked to have seen Johnston play wide right with kelly as right back for a game or two to see how it went.

If everyone has faith in Henderson and i could see some of the point then he needs to be loaned out to hone his skills. The only thing he proved this year is he's not ready for the big time let alone playing first team football with Liverpool.

Teenage striker Joel Pohjanpalo spent a week on trial with Liverpool in March 2012 and judging by his recent three minute hat-trick for Finland's most successful side HJK, he could well be on his way to Anfield this summer.

In the first game of the Finland's top flight season, Joel's side were 1-0 down with 20 minutes to play before he struck three times to save the day. What a Finnish!
