Two drunk Manchester United fans have been arrested in Rome for assaulting police officers in a bar in Piazza Campo de Fiori.

According to Il Corriere Dello Sport, the incident happened late on Tuesday night when the owner of a bar called the authorities after the two men began to cause trouble by disturbing other drinkers.

What followed was sheer madness as a 19-year-old, and 45-year-old man began to kick and punch the officers, inflicting various injuries on them.

no mate.. just like you i got my picture of the internet.. now this is a liverpool thread, not a man ure thread.. if you have nothing relevant to say regarding OUR club then please do not post here.. also.. i will forewarn you... disgusting posts about Heysel or Hillsborough will not be tolerated, in the same way disgusting posts about Munich are not tolerated in the Man Utd thread.. if i was you i would tread carefully as such inflamortary comments will eventually lead to a ban..

friendly banter between supporters is encouraged, and is part and parcel of the game.. Comments like yours are not welcomed on this forum

And who made you boss regarding bans??

when he looks back over my posts he will know that no inflammatory comments were made.

And as for "friendly" banter, calling someone a scabby manc, a ignorant little shit, a sad b.......d, a gobshite etc hardly constitutes friendly banter

Scabby manc is banter... just as bad as any 'scouse' jibe given on the Man Utd thread.. the others were made after an insulting comment regarding Heysel

Guys please keep the posting towards rival fans a bit more civil.

As you know i am a Utd fan, but i have a duty as Admin to try and keep this forum running smoothly and football banter is great to have, but we all know it can get out of hand at time.

Fellow Utd fans should laugh off anything because we know which team has been the best for many years.

And Liverpool could be on the verge of getting revenge as they blew the premiership while being in the driving seat..

What comes around goes around is what i say , so best be carefull what ya post because it can come back to haunt you.
