What a sad bitter tit!!
he's even admitted he wants "pay back" for the 6-1 drubbing we gave them at sold Trafford, and I bet most of the united fans who buy these plots of land wont even live in Manchester,
if anywhere needs investment it's east Manchester, how would united fans feel if city fans tried to stop building work in there home town of east London,
anyway, any numpty united fans who buys into this will get there fingers burnt, the land is probably only worth about 100k, and when it goes to the government for a CPO, they will get next to nothing back.
he calls himself a Mancunian, well he should act like one, and see the benefit this will bring to the city. and they have the cheek to call us bitter.!retupmoc eht ni deppart m'I !pleHComment

yeah that would never happen if city wanted to buy a player from another club would it,an organisation as powerful as the arabs by hook or by crook will find a way around this problem a few bungs here and there can speed up the wheels of local gov no end. after all he isn't breaking any law. just a case of supply and demand,of course they could wait till he is served with a c p o which isn't really unusual,as for creating more jobs for locals i would take that with a pinch of salt most of the workforce on civil eng sites all over the country are eastern europeans.
jsorry about the double post guys.(nice to get my point across twice)Comment

city do loads for the community, part of my job is getting mentally ill patients out in the community, I contacted city to see if they could do anything to help, they gave us a guided tour of the ground and merchandise all free of charge, then they offered us a free training session one afternoon a month at carrington for half a dozen patients and staff with there youth coaches,
i also contacted united they wouldn't help one bit not even a discount for the guided tour, united are only interested in profit then taking it out of the country back to the states, where city pump there money into the local community.
tell me what's bad about paying for a sixth form collage and a state of the art training complex, to be built and used by the locals. united do nowt.
and yes they are creating jobs they have a jobs fair at the ground on the 21st of Feb, in partnership with the job center and Manchester council, check if you don't believe me.Last edited by tshirtman; 11 February, 2012, 03:04.!retupmoc eht ni deppart m'I !pleHComment

well if you are upset with a guy who is going about his lawful business, and dares to confront your beloved arab owners perhaps should get together your dossier on his nefarious activities and present them to the authorities. of course all bile and veiled threats seem to be coming from the fact he claims to be a man utd supporter.i'm sure citys legal team will be working overtime to resolve this issue without your help. It's a scam I believe. sorry but what the ~~~~ has your statement got to do with this guy so how much it you dislike his actions, its land that city want to obtain. the key word here is (his) so he is quite entitled to use any legal means at his disposal to stop or delay this transaction sentiment does not come into it on this occasion.you don't have a clue,

my point is united and now there fans don't give a shit about the city who gave them there name, his land is currently empty and not being used, sorry but what the ~~~~ has your statement got to do with this guy so how much it you dislike his actions, its land that city want to obtain. the key word here is (his) so he is quite entitled to use any legal means at his disposal to stop or delay this transaction sentiment does not come into it on this occasion.
there is a sixth form collage to built on it, as part of the training complex, but because the city owners are paying for it, he wont sell,
as now stated in other reports the land is actually worth around ?20k. he was offered the full market value plus compensation,
and it isn't just him, around 30 other company's have already sold up and moved,
he doesn't even live in beswick, he lives in Stockport, so his actions are affecting a whole community.
anyway let the dumb united fans pay ?250 for a plot, and line this ~~~~wits pocket to the tune of around ?1.4 million,
because the council will get a CPO, at the market price,(because it's in the public interest) and they wont see a penny back, and I wonder how much of the money he makes will go back to your club or good causes.
this guy is not going to do anything except ripping united fans off, much like the glazers,!retupmoc eht ni deppart m'I !pleHComment

He's getting offered a good price hed be silly not to except it, if the Arabs pulled out he wouldn't get that sort of price from anyone else, especially in this current financial climate.
The whole of the are is being regenerated by the Arabs n the council, which is only good for the city. He needs to think with his head n not his heart.

It's funny how no one kicked up a fuss when the land was initially going to be used as a super casino,
it was only when city made plans to redevelop the land then the united fans cried foul.
and to all these out of town manure fans,
when you pay council tax here, then you have a right to an opinion how the council decide how to improve the city.
it's bad enough the Tory's slash our budget by ?192 million, if someone wants to invest 100s of millions making improvements, then ALL Mancunians should get behind them.!retupmoc eht ni deppart m'I !pleHComment

Well considering what happened yesterday I think the FA should also look into this incident as well.

Carlos Tevez contests Manchester City fine with Premier League
BBC Sport - Carlos Tevez contests Manchester City fine with Premier League
I don't want him anywhere near the 1st team and will cause animosity between players.
He's been missing for months so why should a player be dropped to let him back in the side.
I know there is another post on this but Man City talk should be in the Man City thread.
That is why I started it.Comment

depends what you read m8
I don't think he would have a leg to stand on, and I agree I'd rather see Gary "rat boy" neville play in a blue shirt than him again.Code:http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2100236/Fresh-signs-thaw-Carlos-Tevez-stand-off.html
let him rot till the summer, it's not like we've missed him, in our "one man team"
, and if it drops his value, so what, it's not like we need the money.
we'll get a better idea tomorrow(monday), sky sports news on FOX Sports' have an exclusive interview with Carlos Tevez on the Fox Soccer Report at 10 PM ET.Last edited by tshirtman; 13 February, 2012, 01:34.!retupmoc eht ni deppart m'I !pleHComment
