Wot complete crap - if small town team fans were to have a little ambition -then they too could have millions of fans supporting their team. Met someone recently who was born and bred Portsmouth - when asked the question would they like supporters from around the world to plough millions of pounds into their club through buying merchandise - answered - "I support my local team".
