A good diver wins you games. i don't think he should get banned as you'd have to ban half the world. No manager will admit it but if their player wins a big game with a dive they'll take it all day.
The divers suffer in the end because refs suss them out and the sometimes miss out on genuine pens.People will always cheat that's why there's refs.
Wenger slated Andy Johnson and practically ruined his career to such an extent he never got a penalty all year, it got that bad Everton appraoched the FA to complain about them not getting pens and after reviewing some tapes admitted they should of had at least 6. Now he must take some of his own medicine.

I dunno i personaly i think its just down right embarrassing; tugging shirts and iffy fouling in the box is one thing but to blatently dive and more often than not roll around like someones just stole yer handbag is something else.
