United, Chelsea ,Spurs and Arsenal all had aspirations of winning the quadruple this year...
in fact so did Liverpool and Man City, albeit not Champions league but europa league.
No club started out this season saying "well we cant be arsed about the premier league this year cos we're not gonna win it"
Whats equally important is that your team competes for these trophies untill the very latter stages of the season...
Your probably to young to remember but once upon a time Liverpool Fc were like that.

Excellent result last night by a side that will probably have only 2 players playing on Sunday (VDS and Valencia)
Was that the easiest champions league semi final ever??
Shalke were shite in fairness, but maybe just a little better last night than last week.
That goalie didn't exactly cover himself in glory either,
2nd and 3rd Utd goal would have been saved by the majority of premier keepers.

Alot of people come on this united thread slaging off the best team in england people who say they are supporters of other teams, but OMG do they like to read and have they say about Man Utd, all these people are really secret United fans i can say i don't go on other threads reading about other teams as i am a red and these other teams have no interset to me what so ever, We are still on for the double and were the only team it the premier League who can say that!! all you fans who live in the past dont you wish you were feeling the kind of feelings i am feeling when i see my team go out and do a job in the Champions league semi final HAHA, Yes you do!!! and now going to wembley to play agaist Barca in the final!! keep reading this thread as you all want to be RED!!
