It get's like that for most of them at this time of year im afraid, they start off the season thinking they are in with a chance then 2 months on they start to realize they are nothing more than mediocre shite. A nice run of inconsistency later and a few good results against the tide and all of a sudden they are on the rise like a "phoenix from the ashes"
. By now they will be believing that they are capable of winning the league and that will be bolstered by some signing maybe on the level of Andy (flop) Carroll. It's basically a viscous circle of delusion and in reality is hilarious to watch...long may it continue......

Rather like when the kop was singing last year as Gerrard handed the title to Chelsea. This year they will have had more of an eye on Arsenal and Chelsea than their own side but like I said it's fun to watch
