I understand what you are Saying but 12m for him 1 year in prem with Blackpool don't get me wrong he played well for them was there best player for them, But looking good in a average team is not good enough, I just hope it's not SAF getting a third one over King Kenny We need a mid who has played in a big team playing big games every week someone who is a work horse and he is not that!!

I think he is as good Carrick or Anderson anyday and could play in any EPL team. How many good games has the above 2 played well in,,very few,,.

I'm sorry i dont agree there, Carrick i think needs to go now and did have a bad season last season, and Anderson for me has been a very good squad player for us, and works like ~~~~, But Adams is a step backwards for us we have our squad mid we need big game players in mid who are battles, theres a couple of possible signning out there but i don't think Adams is the one.

I'm not saying we should buy C.A...But what i'm saying that i've watched CA play against us home and away and imo he was a better player then them two. What's Andersons done for united over the past 4 seasons,, scored a few goals and put on weight,,any decent MID would score 4 or 5 goals a season,, not in 4 seasons

Mate i no what you are saying But i think Anderson is better than Adams, And the way Anderson plays against Arsenal just puts a smile on my Face and to be fair hes not a goal scorer. And yes when we played them away he looked good the first half, But he is not needed as a squad player and we don't need to pay 12m for him i for one are happy with anderson as back up, Anderson is not put in the United team to score goals, But like i said Carrick needs to go, Not a contract extension, FFS, And we have Darren fletcher fully fit now, And what a player he has turned into, so please no Adams

Nothing to do with the defence mate if you would of watched all 3 games the only positive to come out of them 3 games was the Defence, It was the sh*t Midfield and lack of finishing what ~~~~ us up, Some young lads can't handdle the big prices tags and you defo no what i mean if you watched the match

All three games the stand out players were Smalling and Jones,

So you know who i was talking about then, It was nothing to do with stuart pearce, That lad last nite couldn't pass the ball 20 yards without giving it away, can't put the blame just on him as a lot of poor performance, As this is a Man Utd Thread I just want to say, Smalling and Jones you have a great future and you were by far the best players in the team in all three games and i look forwards to seeing you at OT next season well done boys

Will be a good addition to the squad, I think we will see 3 more summer signnings and a few players leaving I think we have a massive chance to win the league next season for the 20th time

Gibson and Evens hopefully, recon Wes will be going somewhere very soon over upsetting SAF last summer.

I'm very happy with the signings so far and yes all young players for the future teams at UTD, them being here with the likes of Rio Vidic to learn from is all great for now and the future and can see us getting more Titles with this squad.

More buys are deffinatly needed to take on and beat teams like Barcalona.
