At the time, Ferguson suggested the England winger would be sidelined for a fortnight.
However, further tests have revealed the damage to be more extensive.

i totally agree with you but we are not playing well.its a bl##dy good job that the rest of the league are crap. even rooney is not playing that well, and he is the one player that i want to see still with us next season.

cant agree more with this post.

we have been at our worst that i have seen for maybe 20 years, yet we are so far ahead of the next team , makes it look like a very poor league.

we have players that we expect to perform week after week, like Rooney , Valencia who were super players last year. Then we expect better of new players this year, like Van Persie, Kagawa. who to me are playing poor these last few weeks.
others that are our future , Smalling, Jones, Raphael, Wellbeck. look good sometimes but need to be much more consistent.
to me Carrick has been by far our best and most consistent player this season.

we are desperate for a world class playmaker , and a match winner ( bring back the good times like Ronaldo and Cantona )
