Over 90mins City deserved it, With the exception of the opening 20 mins we were out played.
Hope scholesy retires now, SAF wont buy a world class midfielder until then, he's a legend and will forever be held in the highest regard at OT, He has nothing to prove anymore. But he's faded badly as the season wore on, the legs just can't take it any more.

for the first 20 min or so scholes was the best player on the pitch the problem was he faded as city changed tact and pushed forward not allowing our midfiled any time on the ball and with berbatov on his own up front they had no worries about a high line and him sneaking in behind it is not his game

ferguson was to slow to react to this and why he didnt play with chico up front i do not know if he was playing from the start they wouldnt have been able to press and hold the high line they changed too midway through the first half because chico would have exploited it

after there change of tact our midfield was sunk we had no outlet up front to get in behind scholes disapeared and yaya toure took over the show

city deserved it tbh poor tackle from scholes deserved to go and wtf carrick was playing at i do not know but all in all i blame ferguson for not reacting to them moving forward 10-15 yards it allowed them to start to press and boss the game and left us with no out ball and mistakes a plenty in the middle

congrats to stoke city yesterday though excellent performane my hopes are with you for the final
