have you seen the teams that we have put out for these games?? they do not mean a thing in terms of next season ,apart from fitness and trying to learn one another.. no suarez, no lucas, no stevie, no pepe,no skirtel etc... lets wait and see... end of september!!

Boomer your in this thread to educate us u say, Now you go back and look at the team you put out you had a very strong team in all your pre season games!! did you watch any of them?? Very very poor back four keeper sh*t no final ball and upfront dire if pre season doesn't mean a thing why play the games?? cause there mean something they are there to bulid confindance in a team and get them playing well together and to win a few games and for new players to gel... time will tell one thing is for sure is if we were going head to head with city for a player and money is the key factor we will always lose

i dont think we were every seriously in the market for him anyway he is too much cash

i would love to see him at OT though new signings always bring something fresh to the team but for us to tie up sneijder it is going to take probably more than ?50M with his wages and fee's which is way out of our league IMO

Hopefully something will come along and maybe the absense of a marquee will make way for a Pogba or a cleverly or a morrison to make a name
