r4 Firmware

hi again,

dont know if i made myself clear on the last post. but i meant that after the game loads(which i does o.k) i go through a couple of game menus then it asks me to pick a memory slot either no 1 or no 2 but neither the direction arrows or the buttons work after this point.
do you think this is a firmware issue or something else?
i downloaded this file on two occasions from two different sites but both did the same at the same place.

if your firmware is 1.18 then you probably are using an r4 card with original r4 firmware.

you could try woods firmware...

1. backup/format sd card.
2. download and extract files.
3. copy rpg folder and dsmenu file to sd card

add a few games and see how you go.

i did try this fix but the game in question still seemed to get stuck when it come to picking a save slot after in game menu.

whats game is it?

so are you using the woods firmware then?

have you deleted the old r4 firmware from the card?

hi again,

yes i deleted all old firmware and basically anything that wasn't a game then copied the rpg file and the menu data file.
all be it this changed the way the first screen appeared the games seemed to work apart from the new game i was trying.

which is mario and luigi bowsers inside story for my son.

mario and luigi was always a problem game to get working.

i did have a patched version a long time ago....

no,, you dont neven need to register or be logged in,
just hit free download to computer.

i just tried it, the download is fine and the game worked on acekard

after i went on link i hit download then free download whcih i had to confirm to my browser to download file. but after that nothing is happening?
would it have anything to do with cookies?

Can the R4 Revolution for DS be used in DSI

Hi guys,will apologise if this has already been asked im no expert on ds carts.
My lad has an Acekard2i that works fine in his DSI is there any software that will let the R4 Revolution work.
Ive just stumbled across it and thought i would give it a go if possible.

Think i bought one from Eachgame last time for 12 quid with 2 gig card.

i would steer clear of china m8, there selling clone acekards over there now which are basically useless.

this site is good, a bit more expensive, but yoiu'll get a genuine card and wont have to wait 3 weeks for it..
