same problem here, never done this before so specs i have are dsi xl, firmware 1.4E, r4i-SDHC 3DS, it already has spongebob on the r4i card (which was already on it) have no idea which firmware i should update, got the tf card / reader, sd card, still dont wanna screw my kids xmas prezzie up, help would be greatful thanks folks

go to the page it said on the r4 box and download latest kernel

I'm having the very same issue. Please help. I'm totally new to this. I did everything instructed to do, but all I get is a question mark and right next to it is says "menu"

Sad thing is... I just upgraded 2 nights ago. Maybe I shouldn't of upgraded.

I need help , i am using DSI XL with latest version 1.4.4U by R4I- SDHC 3DS card. Before up great console version my card worked without any issue. After up great with version 1.4.4U . My console screen black with note ,

After format my TFcard, i reinstall new version of Kernel 1.55b dated 2012.04.01 , showing same error.
re format and install new version of Kernel 1.56b on 2012.04.20 , facing same problem. Please advice
