DS Firmware (for R4 card & copies) HELP!!!

so it looks like i have the original R4, so I'll try the woods firmware, but would you guys recommend getting the acecard instead? i've got a DS lite, but no plans to upgrade to a DSi anytime soon.

No m8 original r4 is brill for your console and the woods fw is regularly updated for now if they stop then think of a change

Hi was wondering if anyone could help, completely new with these r4 cards, i have a R4 says revolution for ds (NDSL/NDS) on it, just bought sandisk 4gb card and downloaded software _system_, moonshl, _DS_MENU and _DS_MSHL_NDS and put it on the card, now when i put it in to the DSI it doesn't see any card there, is there anything am doing wrong, like i said completely new to these R4 cards and kides are driving me crazy to work it out

Ur card needs to be dsi compatable your card sounds like it's not for dsi just dslite,also r4 cards can't run more than 2gig mem card. If original r4 then you need ackard 2i or r4i etc

It just says r4 and not r4i then it won't work in a dsi,with a 2gb card will work in a lite

1. exact card (post a a pic if poss)

2. type of console ds/dsi firmware etc

3. size of sd card

4. a descripition of fault or problem
