DSi Firmware download

does anyone know if this will work for dstti too? and how exactly do you restore the firmware? i get an error trying to run the dstti on the dsi

iTunes must connect to an Internet to download or restore firmware. Now select "Check for update option" so iTune will find the new version of firmware. When iTune complete its searching, it will display two options but we have to select Restore Button from those two options.

Problem with micri SD

I Hve Micro SD,I cant't write any thing on it,it showing some files on it but can't gain access of writing files on it,plz help
can i change the firmware of micro flash card?????????
