failed due to your wii not on tinternet

when I did mine earlier this evening, it downloaded latest update via tinternet

I recommend getting your wii connected to your wifi network if you have wifi at home

when playing a backup, softmod doesn't read the dvd at full speed which can cause some (a few) game's videos to be a bit choppy, you also need to use good dvd-rs with softmod Click here for disk info, it's more picky, ... apart from that... not alot.

If your on 3.1 I wouldnt bother updating to 3.2, just crack on and do the rest m8.
3.2 is only to let you install starfall, if you really want to install it try it again later once you have it up and running ok.

See what happens when you finish installing everything.

                                wont read sd card

Hi, I am trying the softmod.

I have a 2gb Kingston SD card (I have formatted the card and tried both with FAT and FAT32) where I have extracted the files and renamed the one file from twilight3.4.bin to data.bin.

The folders that I have on the SD card are 00000001, apps, private and WAD. I also have two files, boot.dol and eoreadme (html document).

                                I go Wii options/data management/save data/

I get two options Wii and Nintendo GameCube.

I click Wii and then SD card (on the top right hand side of the screen).

However, when it loads the SD card it brings up aload of white blocks with nothing.

                                What am I doing wrong?

                                Thanks.
