I did keith but I haven't got round to writing the installation tut yet. Ended up babysitting on my day off so I can't open the pc desk until the 1 year old goes home. It is pretty straight forward with the files I uploaded. It is as simple as using was manager to install the wad pack. You won't need the gx files as you updated a few days ago. tintin still freezes at every reload though, I am going to try ripping the original to see if that makes any difference as suggested elsewhere

Well I'd no problem finding the wad pack HH. I clicked on downloads, scrolled down to consoles, clicked on Wii, and surprise, surprise, the wad pack was looking right at me .

Appreciate your efforts trying to get the game working, as I'm sure do the rest of the lads.

The Red Downloads button at the top isn't that obvious mainly because you click on it then you scroll down and look at the different categories then click on Wii under Consoles. I think there should be a sticky made in each section showing the downloads available? The only time you see Downloads mensioned is when someone shows them in a thread.

Talking about the USB Loader GX you only have to it (other search engines are available) and they have their own web site to download any updates, Forwarder, channel, cIOSX (aka cIOS249) rev21, Hermes cIOS Installer etc.

Can I ask what version it is we all have that doesn't work. I am using sushi. But am aquiring sotu at the minute which doesn't come up in many searches but has been scrubbed and update partition removed for use on darcorp for all of us who can load by disc. It looks like it'll take a while as there aren't many sources. It may be possible that the most common file is a bad rip

Good news and bad news.............I have got tintin working with no freezing. Bad news is it only works from darkcorp 1.1 loading through the disk channel so if you have a newer wii and can't use disks you are going to have to learn how to do a full nand emulation and run it through mighty channels, and this is something I don't have a clue about....To use a disk on darkcorp you will either have to find out how to remove the update partition from the iso or or aquire yourself the SOTU version which already has the partition removed

has anyone had luck with the d2x cios working well on the tin tin...is looks like great game but can't play with freezing

no matey not yet have tried all new dx2 v7 still not working but believe high got it working on darkcorp playing disc through main channel but other than that its start stop start again im afraid.

Ok I've tried The Adventures of Tintin and it locked up after the plane ride at the begining it just showed the silhouette of tintin on the sand thats with USB Loader GX. After a restart I tried it on CFG USB Loader and it pickup showing him lying in the sand. You could navigate the dog around the village to find him then go back to buy the ship. When your with the bloke that knows about ships and you can flick through the book then after it locks up again. Its a perfect picture with no buzzing but nothing responds.


I tried out Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop and Mystery Case Files: The Malgrave Incident and Monster Hunter Tri all run ok.

Success, Well playing from disc anyway,Well Guys I updated cfg usb loader installed d2x cios,Still no joy,Then installed darkcorp 1.1 and loading the game through the disc channel now works flawlessly, Here's you tube video and the file download is in the description.
