Hey, I'm I hope I can get this from ya but all the other usb loaders I have tried keep coming up with errors. I have a Toshiba 300gb ext drive formatted with 200gb WBFS and 100gb Fat32. Do you see any problems with that? It's seems my wii doesnt even know the HD is there.

Did you install the cIOS 36 Rev installer? It is important you do that before you try to access the Drive.Hey, I'm I hope I can get this from ya but all the other usb loaders I have tried keep coming up with errors. If the wii is seeing the drive, may be it is not formatted properly! I had this problem before after a second format it was fine. Try this and see. Hope this help.Comment

I would format it as FAT32 first then WBFS. Have you tried to format it using your wii console itself? Try that first and see.Comment

Why not just try it and see for yourself. It's not that much hassle to just go ahead and test something for yourself is it ?
THE TRUTH
The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12
Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.Comment

It's a bit picky at the minute regarding drives. There is a list around on the net which will guide to which drive is compatible with USB Loader, Try google mate.
Had some spare time so did it for you:
