        Welcome to DK guys.

The main thing you need to download is sysCheck19 as instructed in that link that will tell me more thats what is missing rather than guessing.

reddevil157 didn't post that in this thread.

Maybe but we need to see a sysCheck report to be sure.

Well your sysCheck is a typical Wii thats only been softmodded with 16 stubs which you have to knock down to about 5.

You need to download ModMii6.2.6 and run it from Windows. Now you have the sysCheck.csv file from the sysCheck which will be on the root of the SD card you can choose the SU option from the main menu. Type in the location of sysCheck.csv.

This will download all files into COPY_TO_SD sub folder. Add all files and folders to your SD card and run Homebrew with the SD card inserted. ModMii only adds 2 d2x v8.0 wads so install all 7 wads from d2x v8.0 final wad pack after you've added them to the wad folder on the SD card.

Run IOS236 installer from Homebrew first to install IOS36 into IOS236, you must do this before you install any other wads. Come back out then run Multi-Mod Manager and select WAD Manager and install all wads in that folder. I've posted this method in many threads on here if you read them.

You can run sysCheck again and post a new sysCheck report afterward installing all the wads.

You will need PriiLoader 0.7 installing to block online and disc updates.

If the sysCheck is ok then you need to decided which USB Loader your going to use. The best one in my opinion is USB Loader GX. So download USBLoader_GX_V3_0_AllinOnePackage_IOS249.zip and add all files and folders to the SD card. You may as well download the Forwarder to you have the USB Loader GX channel on the Wii menu. USB Loader GX-UNEO_Forwarder_5_1_AHBPROT.wad add that wad to the wad folder on the SD card and install it with MMM.

The only thing left is to find a suitable mains powered USB hard drive to add the games onto. There are various ways to do this just ask?

                      First off, thank you Keith.
Ok, so I went through the whole process as you said, and now USB Loader isn't saying anything about missing IOS, but I can't get it to recognize my drive, which is formatted with 2 partitions, 1 fat32 and the other WBFS. I have about 10 games properly loaded on the WBFS partition, and I've tried changing the loader settings to make it work, still with no luck. I also tried cfg loader, with the same results.

                      Here's my current sysCheck:

Ok, so I went through the whole process as you said, and now USB Loader isn't saying anything about missing IOS, but I can't get it to recognize my drive, which is formatted with 2 partitions, 1 fat32 and the other WBFS. I have about 10 games properly loaded on the WBFS partition, and I've tried changing the loader settings to make it work, still with no luck. I also tried cfg loader, with the same results.
The USB Loaders won't say there are missing IOS's because IOS222, IOS249 and IOS250 are there. I don't see anything else missing from that sysCheck.

In the USB Loader GX settings you select which drive format your using so I don't know why the drive has 2 partitions FAT32 and WBFS? I would have thought it would only read the format selected.

You are using the USB port nearest the edge?

If your using the latest USB Loaders you can format the drive NTFS. Make an wbfs folder on it and add a game or two with the filename must be the Wii game ID number and try that.
