Hi, I have HBC and BootMii installed in my black 4.2E wii, the NAND backup was succesful, but i've tried to install priiloader, as explained on post " How to back your nand and install priiloader " and when i open hbc the priiloader option is not there. I did copy the "Priiloader v0.3" file onto the apps folder, and the "hacks" folder to the root of the sd card.

Any ideas why i dont see priiloader on hbc?

make sure the folder is not inside another folder

hi ck-ok, do i have to unrar/unzip the downloaded priiloader file into the apps folder, or just copy it as it is?
Also when it says copy back the original files to sd, i am not sure which ones are the original, is that important?

yes you will need to unzip the folder before putting it in apps folder

hi guys

Im hoping you guys can help
my wii was soft modded with 4.1 now it wont play any of the games i have apart from originals, so asked my lass and son what they had done, my son said a freind had a game that we never had, but when he put the game in he said that it needed to be updated so he pressed yes
so i thought f--k
anyway i still have all the icons on the but wont copy
but when ive looked at system the wii is now on 4.2e

now thought the wii would not update if it was not online

anyway can i use the home channel to fix the problem with the above files

you updated from a disc to remod it go to the first post of this thread and follow the instructions

Hi i have a virgin 4.1 wii to mod & i want to update to 4.2 to use this guide i dont want to do it through nintendo because it will then update to 4.3 can someone advise me how to do it please, im familiar with this guide as i have used it before. Thanks guys

i have tried numerous times to softmod my wii using instructions on the net but i just cant seem to get it right....
so i gave this a go but its still not working.....
i was running 3.2e after downgrading whilst doing other tries at softmodding, and thought maybe i had deleted some of the ios files that this tutorial needs so i safely upgraded to 4.2...

no stubbed ios are found so i cant do step 7

after upgrading to 4.2 IOS222 IOS223 IOS249 IOS250 now show up in step 7.1 which is a step in the right direction.

thanks, i have, but i cant play my burnt copy of zelda wind waker (gamecube game) so something isnt right, i cant play it through the normal disk channel or any loader

at one stage before i tried this tutorial i was able to play it tho

have you tried playing it through neogamma http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-final-104295/ ? they have been working hard to get gamecube games working
