Wii 4.2E softmod tutorial. Easy to follow guide.

I'm getting a friends Wii tonight, 4.2E, I'll try and take some pics and see if I can get those new games working first time.
I'll redo the first post as soon as It's done.

Cant remember m8,too many posts , I'm going to try a Wii out later on tonight, see if I can see why some people get an error and some people dont.

Excellent post del I could never get to autorun bootmii until i reformatted my card to FAT32.
Am going to try the rest when I get some verbs

thanks for the post soft modded my 4.2E Wii.

Bootmii installed and NAND backup performed.

Trick tho for the other apps is to find latest versions of each which is a bit tricky.

Have NeoGamma and USB loader installed now just need to get an external hard drive.

still having problems playing ntsc games although managed to get Zorro NTSC to run.

Ok had another play about with the Wii tonight, to keep things neat and tidy and have just the one loader on the main menu I'd stick with the USB Loader, using the cIOS rev 15. Played back all the games I tried " cough cough" all originals, all I did was select ios 249,pal 50 or 60, English language, doh!
I have a NTSC of Wii fit+, tried the above settings just got the black screen, same settings but NTSC this time and it played no problem.
Played new Mario game, all games that require 002 fix, and NTSC titles.

hi many thanks for this at first a game worked without your add on but just tried another it wont work i have added your bit to the sd card i located it using wad manager then ios15 but it doesnt network load just says sd card or usb what have i done wrong thankyou
