theres a couple of ways to downgrade try reading here We Hack Wii / Firmware make sure you have your nand backup sorted with preloader installed as downgrading is one of the most common causes of bricked wiis, dont try and do this if all the wads on the 4.3 tut didn't load without error.
    good luck

Why would you want to downgrade?

downgrading is useful if you have a chip fitted as it gives you back multi region playback again

If he has followed the 4.3 mod tut then he could set region free everything in priiloader anyway. Not that I know that much more than I have asked ck-ok to give advice about anyway.

How is your HDD formatted and partitioned? Wii flow had some problems with 2 WBFS formatted partitions.

This is something im not sure on as when i load up hackmii installer i get a screen advising me there is no vulnerable IOS installed on this Wii.

I have ran through the procedure here and still no go
This page will explain how to fix 2 problems at once, both related to the Hackmii installer. The first one is the So called "No Vulnerable IOS found" error message from the Hackmii installer itself. Whenever the hackmii installer starts, it will check a set list of IOSs it can use. It will not use
