Success! I now have THC. The problem was (I think) that the guides I was following said to access the SD Card via Wii menu->Data Management->Channels->SD Card whereas the guide above says for bannerbomb v2 you should use the SD card icon on the main menu.

So, what do I need to istall now to play backup discs? I will not be usingan external HD - just burned discs.

have you done the whole mod or do you just have the hb channel if you have done the whole mod you will proberly have a backup loader channel called neogamma which is what you use to launch your backups

I tried to do the whole mod following the guide in the 'sticky' but it failed on install and patch ios36 - the error said it was unable to open the file on the sd card. Subsequent steps failed presumably because of that.

I was also confused when it said to run Any Title Deleter - as it did not appear on the HBC menu.

Should I delete the HBC and start again?

UPDATE: I ran the option to install ios236 from the HBC menu and this has enabled me to install priiloader and all 41 wad files (it failed on a number of these before).

When I installed priiloader i got a couple of warnings that title/0000etc... was not deleted. I presume this is becuse Any Title Deleter has not been run - but this still does not appear on the HBC menu?

Done this and ran it ok. Also copied the uloader files into the apps folder so I have that as well.

Loaded Harry Potter back up DVD via uloader ok so all looks good now. Thanks for all your help.
