Amnesia ! The idea of no having weapons is just terrifying. Doom 3 is also very scary.

Good old Alien vs Predator (made in 99 or 00 - not the newest one). Play as a marine at night... it can scary experience;].

Resident Evil. was in the fire brigade at the time and used to play it on nights when it was quite.
but only if there was at least 3 of us!
