Ive got the some problem. sorry just got it to work

what is your error code when you press sync and eject button

tryed that, used heat gun, let it over heat until 2 red lights , still nothing, tried reflashing it , im lost still no picture

if you want to try at your own risk you can try the towel trick if you are desparate

I wouldn't do the towel trick. You risk damaging the box.

then there is one last thing you can do but its kinda risky i tied it a couple of times on different xbox's this only worked sometimes or even kiled an xbox
1st get a hair dryer and heat your xbox with that you will get 3 lights(rrod) then you can check the error code and check what the website tells you to do
NOTE:I TAKE NO RESPONCIBILITY IF YOUR XBOX 360 GETS DAMAGED

what thermal paste are you using and did u replace the x clamps with the 8 screws
