Agh rite so I've got a via chipset and a data cable so all I need to buy is the ck3 lite and a probe 3?

Yes USB and ppt protection. Just make sure you connect it the right way around and a lite will do the same job

YEAH, i think you can go to on Modtraders..
And i found Xecuter CK3 Probe 3 , a litter cheaper, but not including Lite...
So, the previous is better choice

you can also easily make your own probe. You need to modify your power cable by adding a switch to the 3.3v and a metal pin to the ground wire. After getting the key you can revert the cable back to normal.
