The xbox will log in its memory that unofficial firmware is being used even when offline , then when you go online you could still possibly get banned.

i also have flashed xbox with LT 1.9 using samsung drive,
and loged in live with no problem, maybe got lucky to not get banned or its not yet my turn to get banned xD!

when u download them just use new version of ImgBurn
to burn the game.
But first u need to do in ImgBurn go to Tools tab,
then klick settings, then klick on Write tab,
on the right up corner u will see Layer Brake Options,
mark with click on User Specified then write in this 1913760, this is the layer brake for every xbox game and afcourse using Dual Layer DVDs.
Then just click ok and burn the game using .dvd file u get with download not .iso,
and the best speed for burning games is 2,4x.
