You have flashed your drive with the wrong firmware. Read the tut again. I'm on my phone just now so can't check but I think your firmware is ALOR. AL1B is for the ihas324 drive

irishbluestaffy. You need to start flashing your drive from the beginning. You have a couple of posts that make me think you are flashing with the wrong firmware. The tut in this thread was made for the ihas324 drive but instead of using the files for that drive you have a ihas124 drive.
1.Now run the upgrade.exe relevant to your drive. Yours is (ALOS)
2.Now open the EEPROM Utility. Ensure the correct Drive (iHas124)
            3.Backup Eeprom
            4. Open the Flash Utility. Ensure Correct Drive (iHas124) is showing
5.Click the Read Flash then save
6.With the Flash Utility still open (ensure iHas124 selected)
7.Click Write Flash Button. Click Yes Button
8.Navigate and select the correct Firmware for your drive model that you get from the tut. (iHAS-124B-AL0S-MKM001MKM003-final.bin)
            9. Click Yes to flash. Once complete restart your pc and your done.

If after following these instructions and you still have probs you have a faulty drive or the wrong LT in your xbox.
