I have this. Any special settings? I can get the key from JF. When I try MTK Flash it can't see my "Flash Chip Properties" and errors (Invalid Status 0x50) out if I do anything.

Hi, yeah once you have select the corect port you have to click on the "intro" button I believe, and then "read" to extract your orginal firmware. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING! GET A VALID KEY FROM IT FIRST!!! before you attempt to erase and write to the hitachi. I have bricked my hitachi once, and unlike the benq its is is non recoverable. If you lose your key or forget to back it up and you brick you hitachi then either its a dead xbox or you have to send the hitachi away to get the key extracted via external programmer, which costs around ?35 - ?40. When I flashed my hitachi using jungleflasher my computer bluescreened! nforce driver error. Its fine doing a samsung/benq/liteone though. You have been warned!!!!

Just kidding. Yeah, you MUST use Verbatims DVD+R DL (10 for ?11 from play.com and get the isos from usenet or bittorrent. I tried using cheaper discs - out of 15 I got 11 coasters. I would suggest using abgx to scan the isos first before you burn em. It detects whether tha games can be used on live, and if they are not it patches them. You got ixtreme 1.6 right? Many tutorials online about this, just google em. Hope that helps

Verbs are the best discs for 360, but i have had good results with cheaper 1s. A + doscs are good for 360, i am afraid its going to be trial and error on the cheaper discs,

where do you DL your movies from? is it torrent sites, if so its the same procedure to DL games
