help me to flash my xbox

i am new to flashing xboxes and i have two that i want to flash, a benq 2006 drive and one of the new slim not to sure which slim it is still trying to find out how to find that out, if you know what i mean.......... there is some information already on this form but it wont let me downlowd any of the avalible information until i post.

anyway if anyone could pount me in the right diretion for flashing xboxes for idiots the i would be eternally grateful. thanks
