I have a ben q drive with IX1.6 on it. I downloaded forza 3 and it works. will i get banned if i play it on xbox live? Should i use the activate.iso or just wait on a newer firmware?

there is a lot of talk about this new wave 4 game havin the nxe 8498 dashboard update. If i download this game and play it will i get the dashboard update if so is it safe to get update the dashboard
I no i should wait till the release date to play this game but i just wanna know if the update is safe and not a way to catch people with modded xboxes i have liteon fw 1.6

Even if i stealth patch them with abgx, and then i put in the activate.iso disk it wont increase my chance of being banned, is that correct?Comment
