nah mate I'm 24. the reason my dad fixed it is because he fixed his before. he has got all the stuff to fix anything. my dad done mine because i never wanted to buy the stuff just incase the xbox was not gonna work ever again.

i have other things to buy then a heat gun an paste why buy it if my dad has got it.

sorry my apologies although sometimes when you type something to reply to people it seems that you miss some punctuation marks etc and this can lead to people finding it very hard to read what you have typed that was another reason i had my suspicions that maybe you were a lot younger than you stated i assume you smoke weed as t2p has a similar problem with punctuation from time to time must be some chemical that damages the brain cells which store information on how to type in paragraphs etc

have you tryed to reset the display settings ?. remove any cds from the tray, remove hard drive if you have one, then turn on the xbox with the pad and as soon as the green light comes on your xbox press and hold the y button then press and hold the right trigger. keep the buttond held down for a bit and see if anything happens. i fixed a mates xbox for him by doing this. hope this helps.
