ok mate. Its all sounding good. Just need you to confirm which Stock FW to use first.. Ive attached it to an Email..

I will apply stock then update then patch to LT 1.1 :-)

Depends on revision of the drive thats the target. Again if stopping offline then proceed straight to LT1.1. Only need to goto orig firmware when doing console updates for live purposes

You have to remove the hard drive to take the 360 apart
