youtube and my problem sorted, the drive can be removed if wanted. Been on amazon and ordered my 250GB box and kinect for ?330. arrives and wednesday..

Yeah there is a video tut posted in the sticky at top the 360 section. The 9504 can be flashed now and using the 1.6 non stealth it works but is not safe on live
