see if you can get hold of this one Creator 2012 Review from BurnWorld.com - Download Roxio's New Creator 2011 Media Software

they got a good reputation over the years and one of the longest cd burning manufacturers out there

Does your player actually support playback of BD-R disks? Cause not all Bluray players do, some only support comercially pressed bluray disks.

well i have both ashampoo and creator 2012 and both are the best of softwares but when i burn a bluray and then put it in my tv bluray player it says unsurported file !!! and the same when i try to play it in the computer unsurported file can not play ?? is it because there mkv files when downloaded !!
so i am having ago at a iso. file see if it makes any difference .
i just wish the blank bluray disc were cheap as i would'nt mind all these little problems

hi evelyn ..... yes ... your problem is you are using mkv .... you need to use a blu-ray iso file with blu-ray burning software ..... or use blu-ray creator software with mkv files.
i haven't found a creator software that works properly , but the latest dvd fab works perfectly with iso files.
