Help Streaming ADMC Sports....

To my laptop, I'm hoping for a better stream through the app, although the picture is quite good tonight through the website.

I didn't realise there was an app for a laptop, is it a mac? Search for it in the find box (top right corner of screen) then drag it to the desktop. You mentioned earlier you were using a VPN? My understanding was that the stream is better through a smart Dns (eg overplay) I stream very well through smart Dns via my ipad & my pc.

I'm with overplay, but you need the vpn to sign up & then revert back to the smartdns

I never used the VPN for al jazera I only use it for nbc sports live extra. Did you find the app on your laptop?

If a got a login in for nbc extra live would i be able to share the login with my inlaw? Just last season a gave him my admc log in last year

I would imagine you can, I know 2 of my family login in the US

I never used the VPN for al jazera I only use it for nbc sports live extra. Did you find the app on your laptop?

Its been very poor for me tonight on AJ... Anyone else had the same problem? How much it the NBC package?

You need a friend or family in USA that subscribes to a cable/dish company and its free. My pic wasn't bad on aj but nbc was brilliant.

I've an overplay account, it runs on my ipad with various VPN connections for the US. Tonight I was using the Smart US VPN connection (not smart DNS) ran speed test and was getting around a 10meg connection with a ip showing New Jersey. I'm on 40meg fibre but this has been by far the fastest speed I've ever managed over VPN, picture was really sharp, well pleased with the set up now. As for accounts, if you can't get help from anyone in the US then seek and you will find

could someone upload a video of them using the app on a Apple TV? This set up would be cheaper than buying a Mac mini

Just signed up for 6 months overplay and the season subscription to jsc.com.

I'm yet to watch a full live game yet so cant judge quality on my home 30mb broadband connection.

At work and found that even through my company Internet proxy I can access Al jazeera sport using Firefox and an Android user agent plugin.

Not tried a live stream like this yet though.

MacBook Pro - HD but with 1 or 2 frames missing per ssecond
ipad - excellent motion (25 frames per sec), but probably not hd - but good for casual watching
