Have you try using the free AVG Personal Edition? Fast and easy to use.

I use AVG. Doesn't seem to hog system resources as much as some other ones and does a pretty thorough clean.

I would recommend avast too. I use it on all my system, seems to be one of the few that take up hardly any system resources.

Or you could use NodLogin 10.0.0.1 which does it automaticly for you.

Hotfile.com: One click file hosting: NodLogin.10.0.1.rar

Bitdefender for me. AVG is a big bag of shite.

                            BitDefender AntiVirus 2010 Build 13.0.20.347:
                            32-bit:

                            64-bit:

                            Fix:
Download Box BitDefender 2047 v3.0A.zip for free on uploading.com
