    These don't wok either. Thank you anyway for the boot password. I'll try to find another SSD to fit in the laptop.

    Tried these. First one "cfm" and third one "wmhs" worked, but the notebook asked me HDD password after that. I took out the SSD entered BIOS and cleared the user password. It seems that I did a stupid thing: now the laptop asks me again for password (not HDD one), but now the hash code is 02494 and none of the above passwords work.

    I think your laptop might be one of the very latest which cannot be calculated with the dell calculator

    It doesn't have suffix, I also tried converting the express code to a service tag and it is the same. The keyboard is QWERTY, italian or spanish layout
