I can access the OS, and get into the BIOS system, But I can not edit any of the settings due to a System Admin Pass

the Bios password is generally the Admin password providing it has not been changed by user

2nd is l for leg 6th is upper case O 10th is a zero

that is the BIOS master password for your tag (if you are after Admin password it will not work)
tags and passwords are case sensitive and you need to use a qwerty type English keyboard.

I found out my keyboard dos not work correctly. An external keyboard did the trick
