      suffix 1D3B is too new for calcs
      at present only Dell and paid service websites can do them

                  password given is to get into BIOS it is not admin password to get into windows

                      no you haven't done anything wrong

                      The BIOS password allows you to go into BIOS and change BIOS settings generally like boot up order so you can install an operating system from CD/DVD

                      an admin password to allow a windows operating system to boot up is totally different and requires some kind of software like Hirens Boot Disc to remove it

                              it depends on what suffix follows your tag 9B2L5R1-xxxx
