I lost the password of my laptop dell d600 Latitude .
I have use it at diagnostic auto tools because it have serial port .After twoo weeks i lost the password.
Service tag is #7RNKD1J-595B

suffix 1F66 is too new for calcs
at present only Dell and paid service websites can do them

the password given was the master password to get you into BIOS
it appears that you are already in the BIOS and an Admin password has been set by the user, this is nigh on impossible to know.
I see you are trying to flash the BIOS, I believe this can be done within Windows ??
