For the birthday of my mother, I wanted modify her notebook. Install a SSD and to use UEFI....

Unfortunately she then purchased second-hand notebook. And now I see it as a bios password on it. Would be glad if you could help me. I'm from Germany and I'm female, let me guide friend of one. But without a password, I do not get ahead. PLEASE help a helpless female !!! *CRY*
