Just in case anybody is thinking of getting one, I can highly recommend the LG Cinema 3DTV range, it is absolutely first class.
It uses passive technology rather than active which means it's flicker free and the glasses are dirt cheap, I even used the 'disposable' ones that you get at the cinema.
I compared it with several active TVs and it blew them out of the water. I recommend you get down to a shop to test it out if you're thinking of getting one and you will not be disappointed.
I went for the 42LW550 and the cheapest place I could find it was here but I took this to Richer Sounds who price matched it.
