I'm thinking of upgrading my Virgin Broadband to 60mb and with that comes one of these wireless superhub things.
At the moment I have a modem which is connected to a Netgear WNDR3700 which I bought a year or so ago, which is the dog's danglers. This is upstairs and is wired to my xbox computer etc in my bedroom. Downstairs I have the crappy WNR2000 that they gave me for free as a wireless extender simply so I can plug my TV and bluray player into the ethernet ports and a bit of streaming.
I suppose my question is, could a Superhub be used as a wireless extender base-station so I could move my WNDR3700 downstairs and take advantage of the 5GHz signal? Or is there another way I could achieve this without having to fork out too much for a some new gear?
