i got in but it wont wont let me change the supervisor password when i exit it still asking me for password now it given me system disable 10949 service tag still the same

I don't know how to solve your supervisor password so you need to find out how to do that (try making a new thread in the PC section explaining what you've done and whats happening)

The first password worked. I was able to get into BIOS and clear the Supervisor password. The computer now loads BIOS and attempts to boot from the HDD. Unfortunately, the HDD is password protected as well. I could not clear the HDD password in BIOS without knowing it.

After three attempted passwords, the HDD Password error code is now [10688] for the service tag [38smpk1] I am not concerned with losing all the data on the drive. I would be fine with reformatting it and reloading Windows. Do you have any suggestions for clearing the HDD password? The HDD is a wd-wxd0a79u3776.

I have never seen a successful password generated for the HDD on these models and unfortunately I don't know the way forward
