installed ok when i connect my euro vox it wont talk to the box via null modem any ideas

ive tried 6 drivers all pick up my cable but wont find the box?we are all learning each dayComment

Have you tried changing the com port number manually? Go into device manager, go to the com port number that is displayed i.e -com1 and highlight it,right click,properties, advanced and change the com port to 2 or 3. Then try plugging your box to your pc again, See if that works if you haven't already.Sometimes a slow gradual approach does more good than a large gesture.Comment
