lets go back to square one

the master password I gave you for the service tag 4NKZM3J-595B is only to get you into the BIOS settings, it is also initially the admin password but if user has changed the admin password then you need different method.

The HDD password is 15 characters and should come up on screen if a HDD password has been set, from this 15 characters a master password can be calculated.

I think you must be just after an admin password to get into operating system, for this just google "forgot my windows admin password" and you should get all you need

I hv tried ur first password on bios set up security - unlock set up and it worked ..now i can see under unlock setup -- present setting--- unlocked.

i than went to admin password and added ur password with 595B and have changed to someone i remember easily.

than i went to internal hdd pw and tried ur password both ways but however i am not able to change hdd admin password on bios screen

I think i am just one step from resolving this with ur help only

i tried searching on google but not happy,

            plz guide

the master password I gave for BIOS was c4p6oxqr this would also have been the admin password as well (providing user hadn't changed it)

if it is HDD password you require then the HDD password can only be unlocked with a 15 character tag and it will only unlock it if it is the original HDD

you could try putting HDD in another computer and wiping it with something like KillDisk

this method worked for someone else
              remove HDD
go into BIOS and remove system password then set the admin password
              reinsert HDD
go into BIOS and select the option to remove HDD password
