if u bought it pre installed then u should have a serial key sticker somewhere on ur laptop
once u have found the key go to my computer and click the tab 'system properties' then scroll to the bottom and im not sure on this bit there should be a big thumbnail in the corner try clicking that or find where in that section u can change the product key
it might just say it in a blue text where product key would normally be shown
also what version of win7 do u have and does ur key match ur current version?
downloading that loader is the alternative if u cant find ur product key
little more help http://tweaks.com/windows/39026/chan...after-install/
the only other thing maybe u could do is back up all your info and do a factory reset
better 1 to try first put ur win7 disc in and boot it up and go for the repair this might fix itLast edited by Cod3waX; 29 September, 2012, 23:44.Comment
