    f8 is safe mode.

    either del, esc or f2

    Just look on boot screen it will either give bios or boot option.

      hi m8 its not a prob gettin into bios and changing it from hd to cd/dvd and f10 to save i can do that but it does not boot from hirens disc it just boots normal ito the xp logo screen then the dreaded password,aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrr,, just cant seem to get the disk to work..chris..

          maybe you made a non bootiable disk

          can you not click on hiren boot in my computer

              On the screen to logon. Press an hold ctrl +alt then press delete.

              Type user name and pass (if no pass leave blank) type user as your account is spelt

                thanks cunny m8 tryed all that it wont let me in it just says password incorrect, thats why i need hirens to work then it will bypass this daft password.cheers..chris..

                  Just as a test do you have a windows boot disc to see if that boots on startup

                    The way I did it last time was to install xp but not format.

                    Go into old instal find files they wanted saving and changed the security options. Backed them up and reformat

                          Just a thought have you tried your account details.

                          Also there were sometimes a admin account with no password on.

                              yes i think so, ive done it as it said on hirens,, just a thought mybe this version isant the rite one could someone be so kind as to send me a link to another version and i will try that..many thanks.chris.......

                                no way guys cant get this program to work and cant get password off for love nor money,, see thing is i can get into bios and change the boot seqence but it still seems to boot normaly just dont get it,, see me takin iut hard drive and smashing it with a hammer that should sort it out , tryed downloading another version of hirens but the link does not seem to work anymore dont know why?, anyway any thoughts would be great now..cheers..chris.....
